We provide a platform to request and book fan experiences and to donate to associated charitable causes. All bookings are requests that require confirmation by the management team. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties or for guarantees regarding a specific individual's attendance.
3. Booking & Confirmation
Booking requests are submitted through the site; once payment is made and verified, we will contact you with confirmation details. Until you receive an explicit confirmation, your booking is not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing accurate personal information for identification and travel documentation.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods are listed on the payment modal. PayPal is currently unavailable; choose a supported method. Payments are final unless a refund is issued under our Refund Policy.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Short summary: refunds may be requested with proof of payment and are processed at management's discretion in accordance with that policy.
6. User Obligations
- Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information;
- Follow event rules, identification and entry requirements;
- Do not attempt to resell tickets or experiences unless expressly authorized.
