Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy explains when refunds are possible, the process to request a refund, and how decisions are made. Refund eligibility depends on the specific package, timing, payment method, and any third-party restrictions.

Requesting a Refund

  1. Contact support at management@messi2026.com with your booking ID, proof of payment (receipt or transaction ID), and a short explanation.
  2. Requests must normally be submitted within 72 hours of payment to be eligible for an expedited review. Late requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
  3. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide an estimated timeline for review.

Review and Outcome

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered include proof of payment, timing of the request, reason for cancellation, whether the event or experience was delivered or rescheduled, and any third-party fees that are non-refundable.

Processing

If a refund is approved, we will process it within a reasonable period (typically 7-21 business days), depending on the payment method and banking partners. For crypto transactions, refunds will be issued as described in the refund decision and may be subject to network fees.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we may pause communications and provide necessary documentation to the provider. Repeated chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension.

Exceptions

Special packages that include non-refundable third-party components (travel, hospitality, limited VIP items) may be labeled as non-refundable; these terms will be communicated at purchase. Management reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or fraud.
